CONTROL MEASURES

Primestar maintains customer confidence by tackling the synthetic issue head-on. Sample-checking is not enough; each and every stone is tested to guarantee that all our diamonds are 100% of natural origin. This is achieved with the help of the latest control and analysis equipment, as detailed below:

HRD D - Screen machine for all diamonds with a diameter size between 3.85mm and 6.45mm

HRD M - Screen machine for all diamonds with a diameter size of 1.00mm to 3.85 mm

Diamonds with a diameter of below 1.00mm are sent to laboratories where they are scanned and sealed

In this way, every single diamond will be controlled no matter what size.

TRACEABILITY OF POLISHED DIAMONDS SUPPLY

Primestar performs a meticulous due diligence of its partners to ensure pipeline integrity. This is achieved through a rigorous maintenance of Know Your Supplier (KYS) documentation and written guarantees that the diamonds received are 100% synthetic-free. For further security, all goods are screened prior to stock integration and further checked upon delivery to a customer. All such screening documents can be made available upon request.

It is pivotal for us to minimize all risks and ensure customers are fully secured. For this reason, we work closely with DTC sight holders and RJC certified companies who share similar values of protecting the supply chain.
